1. Pembuatan bibit pada pan 5W

Perhitungan brix bibit:

(62% x 19000L) + (76% x 21000L) + (82% x 2L) = brix bibit x 37000
11780L + 15960L + 1,64L = brix bibit x 37000L
Brix bibit= 27741,64L / 37000L
= 75%
Bibit akan dialirkan ke pan 4W sebanyak 150HL dan pan 6W 120 HL, sedangkan sisanya 100 HL digunakan untuk masakan 5W
